We are looking for a Head of Retail Sales. You'll lead and support all store managers across the UK to achieve and exceed sales and commercial targets. Drive store performance by setting clear expectations, managing performance and holding store managers accountable for results. Maximise sales, customer conversion, productivity and revenue opportunities, while ensuring stores maintain the required standards of customer experience.
